Mahrez wins the ultimate gong, Vardy is honoured and Giggs gets the Merit...see full list of winners at the PFA Awards

The event took place on Sunday night, and unlike last year when it was the lot of Chelsea at center stage, this time, it was league toppers and biggest revelation of the season, Leicester.
While the PFA team of the year was somehow leaked on Friday, forcing the FA to officially announce it, it was not until the final moment on Sunday that it was revealed that Riyad Mahrez had pipped his teammate Jamie Vardy to the ultimate award.

Mahrez dedicated his award to his team-mates - including L-R Robert Huth, Wes Morgan and Kasper Schmeichel
Mahrez arrived in style, in a helicopter at the Grosvenor Hotel in London following their 4:0 victory over Swansea at the King Power stadium on Sunday. He beat stiff competition from teammates N'Golo Kante and Jamie Vardy, as well as Tottenham's Harry Kane, West Ham's Dimitri Payet and Arsenal's Mesut Ozil to the coveted prize.

Jamie Vardy received a commemorative plate for his record breaking Ruud van Nistelrooy's record of the most goals scored in consecutive games. And he did so in style against van Nistelrooy's former club, Manchester United. The unbelievable run stretched between Aug 29 - Nov, 28, 2015. He was presented with a plate that had the crest of all 11 clubs he scored against as well as his club's badge at the top.
