Ruben Loftus-Cheek signs new contract to remain at Chelsea till 2021!

Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek has extended his stay at the London based club after he signed a new contract that would see him remain at the club until 2021.

He did this despite making only 13 appearances for the reigning Barclays Premier League champions since his first which came in December 2014.

Having put pen to paper, the 20-year-old said: 'The club have done so much for me since I started here as an under eight and now I want to repay the faith they have shown in me with my performances on the pitch,' he said.

Loftus-Cheek is the first academy product to break into the first team since captain John Terry.
