Court date finally fixed for Jose Mourinho vs Eva Carneiro dispute

A court in London has fixed a date in March to discuss a possible settlement between two former Chelsea employees, ex-manager Jose Mourinho and former club doctor Eva Carneiro.

If both parties fail to agree terms at a private hearing in front of a High Court judge on March 7, details of the incident surrounding her controversial exit could be made public at an employment tribunal in June.

Carneiro, 42, claims constructive dismissal against the London club and sexual discrimination against Mourinho after being dropped from the bench alongside fellow doctor Jon Fearn for rushing on to the pitch to treat Eden Hazard in a 2-2 draw with Swansea in August.
