Is this Uruguyan Primera League advert the worst ever?

The argument about which league is the best is something that is always going on everyday somewhere in the world, and at the end of the day, the arguing parties rarely ever come to an agreement.
The Premier League is probably the most competitive at the moment, with the most followership and revenue, La Liga boasts the world's best team and players in Barcelona and Real Madrid. Some would also claim the Bundesliga or even Serie A is the most entertaining.
However, this Uruguayan broadcaster is not waiting that long for the world to decide, they have taken it upon themselves to name the Primera Division as the very best and they don't give a damn what you all think about it. Lol...

TCC Uruguay has released a promo to mark the start of the new season. In the clip, they show series of dilapidated stadiums, horror misses, flooded pitches and quite a number of bizzare goal celebrations including one that has a guy leading a cow onto the pitch. The it ends with, "the best league in the world...to us".

The Uruguayan Football Association has since reacted furiously to the 'joke'. The have stopped TCC from airing it on the grounds that it 'denigrates" the image of Uruguayan football.
