Napoli boss Sarri smokes after being banished to the stands by referee

Napoli manager Maurizio Sarri was sent to stands during his side's Serie A draw with AC Milan on Monday night but that did not stop the Italian from enjoying the game as much as he could never minding the circumstances.
He proceeded to grab his cigarette and a lighter and relaxed himself to enjoy what was left of the game.
His side went on to miss their chance to go top of the table after their home draw 1-1 with AC Milan on the night.

Sarri who has been involved in controversial situations in the past and was in January accused by Inter coach, Roberto Mancini of using a homophobic slur against him, has guided his side to just one point below Juventus and are gunning for a first league win since 1990.

What do you think of his smoking? Has he broken any law or has the criticism been birthed out of a sense of 'morality'?
