Cristiano Ronaldo claims he knows why Messi did THAT controversial thing with that penalty

Cristiano Ronaldo opted for a mysterious response after he was asked for his reaction to the controversial penalty scored by a combined force of Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez this weekend.

The chance was gifted to Suarez for him to complet his hat-trick in the 6-1 rout of an unfortunate Celta Vigo on Sunday night after Messi had tapped the ball into his path from a spot-kick, prompting some to accuse the Barca superstars of a lack of respect for their professional opponents.

However, during his post match press conference, when quizzed for his view on the penalty, the former Manchester United man claimed he knew exactly why the Argentine had done it but he just wouldn’t say why.
“I know why Leo has done it,” Ronaldo revealed speaking ahead of the Champions League clash with Roma.

But I’m not telling you. Think what you want.”
