Does this statement mean that Cavani would be the subject of a tug of war between Manchester United and Real Madrid in the summer?

Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani finally seems to be on his way to the Premier League.
Cavani's father Luis has accused the French club of ‘giving up’ on his son  and the ‘suffering’ player while opting for 35-year-old Ibrahimovic.
The father went on to hint that the Uruguayan could be heading for a summer move to Manchester United, Real Madrid or Juventus.

When he opted to leave at the end of last summer, he was given assurances that he would be PSG’s main striker this season and that Zlatan Ibrahimovic would play in a deeper role or out on one of the wings, in order to get on the ball more.

But that promise has clearly been broken and he has featured either on the bench or out wide as he did when he came off the bench on Tuesday night to score the winning goal against Chelsea.

Cavani’s father speaking on Israeli TV station Sport 5 said: ’Zlatan is not willing to play on the wings. So they gave up on Edinson. PSG themselves. Edinson is suffering at PSG. If they let him play as the number nine he will be happy.
'I would like to see him play for Real Madrid, Manchester United or Juventus.’

Despite this, the 29-year-old, who was signed for £55million from Napoli in 2013, has scored 16 goals in 35 appearances this campaign.
Speaking last month, coach Laurent Blanc said that ‘there is a problem with Cavani’s behaviour' and went on to hold a meeting with him in an attempt to resolve the issues, but Blanc made it clear he was not prepared to bow down to player’s demands.
