Controversial Eric Cantona reveals the most BIZZARE goal he regrets not scoring...and its as crazy as the man himself. Lol

Perhaps the most controversial individual associated with Manchester United...until Jose Mourinho is officially announced. One would have thought with old age, Cantona would have a less complicated way of reasoning. But no, absolutely not.
It's been nearly 20 years since the Man United hero retired from topflight football, dragging with him his own brand of bizarre unique behaviour and odd quotes with him. However,  we have been reminded of what an individual he is. Thanks to a new interview with him by MUTV - Man United's official TV channel -to celebrate him as he turned 50.

Based on he TV stations plan, the interview started by replaying Cantona's winning goal against Liverpool in the 1996 FA Cup Final and asking the man himself if it was the best moment of his career.

While 99.9% of players would say something something in the line of "Oh yeah, that was amazing goal that brought about an unbelievable feeling for myself and my teammates. And even the fan to have the bragging rights against such a historic rival...blah blah bah".

The other .1% being Eric Cantona who instead of spitting out platitudes, completely went south with his southern thoughts. Saying "never scored the goal I still dream of".
Then you ask yourself, with all his beauties, so what goal was this? It's one that no-one has ever scored, apparently.

"We have 11 players," he said, sounding as poetic as you would imagine "The ball starts from the goalkeeper. He gives it to the right-back. He gives it to the centre-half, then to the other centre-half, and then to the left-back…"
You already know where this is going. That goal where every 11 player building from the back touches the ball once, and he just taps it in.

"It's not very spectacular," he said "But we have never seen this goal. Never in the history of football."
What a dramatically bizarre imagination. But by God, what a beauty of a goal that would be…
The only club that could come close to that though was the Barcelona team of the 2015/16 season.
