Chelsea stars suit up for POTY award at the Bridge as Willian scoops grand prize and late comer Hazard grabbed one too

Chelsea stars led by John Terry were in high spirits as they got themselves dapper in the clubs official suit for the season.
The occassion was the Chelsea FC Player of the Year awards for the 2015/16 season. They shared pictures of the event as it unfolded on Snapchat.

On the night, Willian was named Player of the Year and Players player of the Year. He joins Juan Mata and Eden Hazard as the only players to have won it in the same year.
Meanwhile, last year's winner, Hazard who has been missing in action until the last 2 games, received the award for the scorer of the best goal of the season - his equalizer against Tottenham that crowned Leicester as champions.
In the academy, Fikayo Tomori was named Academy Player of the year. He helped win the UEFA youth League and the Youth FA Cup for a second time in succession, scoring in both finals.

Reuben Loftus-Cheek who made 16 apearances and scored 2 goals was named as the Young Player of the Year.

Katie Chapman was named Women's Player of the Year. She captained the ladies side to Women's Super League and Women's FA Cup glory last season. Theh play a consecutive FA Cup final against Arsenl at Wembley on Saturday.
