Learn the answer to these questions and more in today's roundup of Premier League transfer rumours.

11. Palace Target Not for Sale, Brighton Declare

Crystal Palace have been dealt a major blow in their rumoured pursuit of Brighton defender Lewis Dunk after the Championship club confirmed they have no intention of selling.
"We have received a bid for Lewis Dunk and it has been very firmly rejected without any discussion," chief executive Paul Barber told the Argus.
"We are very busy assembling - and soon we will be preparing - our squad for another attempt at securing promotion to the Premier League, our key ambition, so we have no intention of selling Lewis who has been, and remains, a key part of our squad."
It's not clear if it was Palace who actually made the rejected bid, but either way, the Eagles' chances of landing Dunk don't look particularly good now.

10. Swansea in Talks Over Permanent Fer Deal

Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins has confirmed to the South Wales Evening Post that the club is in talks with QPR over a deal that could see Dutch international midfielder Leroy Fer complete a permanent after joining on loan in January.
"The manager has made his feelings about Leroy known and if we can find a deal that suits all parties, we would like to have him with us," Jenkins said.
"Leroy did well for us after coming in on loan last season and we are now in discussions with QPR. But he will only come back if we can find a deal that suits us."

9. Watford Eye Abel H. Swoop

The Hull Daily Mail carries a story of reported Watford interest in Tigers striker Abel Hernandez. The Uruguayan, whose goals in 2015/16 helped Hull make an immediate return to the Premier League, is thought to have been admired by new Watford boss Walter Mazzarri since the two men were in Italy.
Both even share the same agent, while Roma are also believed to be interested.

8. Scramble as Sakho Tells Hammers He Wants Out

According to Sky Sports, West Ham striker Diafra Sakho has informed manager Slaven Bilic that he wants to leave the club this summer. That will certainly come as good news for Sunderland after the Black Cats apparently made an £11m offer recently.
However, the Wearsiders aren't the only team keeping an eye on the situation. According to the Express & Star in the west midlands, West Brom are also keen and will fight for Sakho, whom they are believed to see as a replacement for Victor Anichebe.
The future of West Ham's Dimitri Payet has also come up once more since his heroics for France in Euro 2016 on Friday, but West Ham are that desperate to keep him they arerefusing to even name a price.

7. Everton Target £13m-Rated Stoke Star

Much to the despair of Stoke fans, Marko Arnautovic appears increasingly unlikely to be returning to the Potteries next season, and there is one Premier League club reportedly willing to take their interest to the next level.
According to the Sun, Everton won't be put off by the £13m price tag Stoke have placed on the unsettled Austrian international forward. It is implied that the Toffees, now under the leadership of new manager Ronald Koeman, will begin their pursuit after Euro 2016.

6. Spurs Discussing Batshuayi Price With Marseille

According to Football Insider, Tottenham have now kicked off preliminary talks with Marseille over a deal for young Belgian striker Michy Batshuayi. It comes after months worth of rumoured interest from White Hart Lane and is a positive step forward.
The subject of the negotiations at the moment centres on price. Marseille are keen to take £30m, while Spurs are looking to push that number down as much as they can. If they cannot, it may well be that they push ahead with Vincent Janssen interest instead.

5. Leicester Set Price for Arsenal Target Mahrez

While Leicester are hoping that Riyad Mahrez will accept a bumper new contract to remain at the King Power Stadium, the new Premier League champions are apparently prepared to sell at the right price if he does not sign on the dotted line.
According to the Sun, it will take an offer of £30m from Arsenal to prise away the 2015/16 PFA Players' Player of the Year. The Gunners are the club most heavily linked with Mahrez and may see that figure as reasonable.
Meanwhile, the Gunners have been boosted in their reported pursuit of Wolfsburg full-back Ricardo Rodriguez after Wolfsburg sporting director Klaus Allofs admitted the player's future will lie somewhere else.

4. Chelsea Aim to Beat Rivals to €50m Morata

Despite having been linked with Arsenal for many months, and to a lesser, much more unrealistic extent, Liverpool, Alvaro Morata could yet end up joining Chelsea if he is to move to the Premier League at all this summer.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Antonio Conte is urging his new employers to go for the young Spaniard, currently with Juventus. As part of a complicated saga, the former Premier League champions could gain from Real Madrid's desire to exercise their buy-back clause with the intention of then immediately re-selling the 23-year-old for profit.
Conte wants to offer up to €50m. That means Real could make a quick and easy €20m.
Chelsea are believed to also be keen on Croatian midfielder Marcelo Brozovic, although he looks destined to stay at Inter Milan for the time being.

3. Guardiola Keen on Valdes Reunion in Manchester

According to the Guardian, Manchester City have made an enquiry as to the future plans of highly decorated goalkeeper Victor Valdes following confirmation of his impending release by Manchester United at the end of the month.
It would mean a reunion for Valdes with former Barcelona boss Pep Guardiola, with whom he won multiple domestic Spanish trophies and three Champions League titles. Such a potential move is also reminiscent of the time that City snapped up Owen Hargreaves following his release from Old Trafford in 2011.

2. Walcott Emerges as Liverpool Target

Theo Walcott could be handed a fresh start in the Premier League next season by Liverpool.
It has become apparent that the former teen prodigy can no longer command a regular place in Arsenal's strongest team and he could soon be on the move.
According to the Sun, Liverpool are looking at a £25m deal. The main upside of trading the Emirates and Champions League football for Liverpool and no European football is more potential playing time.

1. Varane Needs to Make First Move for Man Utd Switch to Happen

Manchester United have potentially been given a big boost should they choose to go after Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane this summer.
According to a report by Marca, Varane has become increasingly unhappy at the Bernabeu after a lack of chances. He is firmly behind Sergio Ramos and Pepe in the pecking order and his frustration could be enough of an opportunity for United to steal in.
The young French international enjoyed a good relationship with Jose Mourinho when the new Old Trafford boss was in Madrid. Los Blancos, however, will only consider selling if Varane makes clear his desire to leave.
On the Zlatan Ibrahimovic front, confirmation appears to be that little bit closer to reality after it was reported that a medical has now been arranged for after Euro 2016.
