Ellen DeGeneres reveals Manuel Neuer, Philip Lahm, the Queen and the Pope are just some high profile people to have caught the "Finding Dory" bug!

Not sure if the video is authentic but it seems pretty much real. The video which was captioned, "Notable public figures all over the world can't contain their excitement over the long-awaited film" has been uploaded on US comedian, Ellen DeGeneres' YouTube channel. It features Bayern Munich duo - Manuel Neuer and Philip Lahm, The Queen of England, The Pope as well as US President - Barrack Obama who are all excited about the "Finding Nemo" sequel.
It took Pixar 13 years to do the sequel "Finding Dory". In the video the two German players are seen presenting the Pope with a poster of the movie.

Finding Dory focuses on the lead character, amnesiac Dory (voiced by Ellen DeGeneres), and explores her journey to be reunited with her family. The film takes place six months after the events of "Finding Nemo" and is set off the coast of California.

Early projections suggest the film will surpass 'Toy Story 3' in the box office chart with an anticipated gross earnings of $110–120 million in its opening weekend, some estimating it will go as high as $130 million.
