Chelsea Star Claims He "Will Never Finish" His Career at Stamford Bridge in Fresh Controversy With The Club

Speaking with Sporza while on Euro duty with Belgium, Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has announced that he does not intend to end his career at Stamford Bridge.
Perhaps to make it very clear to Stamford Bridge faithfuls and way more clear than new Blues boss Antonio Conte would have liked, the Belgium international claimed: ''I will never finish my career at Chelsea.''

After signing for the Blues in 2011, the now 24-year-old has made in excess of 68 appearances following a loan at Atletico Madrid between 2011 and 2014.
Speaking on Friday, he was also keen to speak about the effects of the Brexit and how that could affect the Premier League.
He said, “The pound has already fallen in value. It will have a big impact on the economy and everyone who plays or wants to play in England.”

There is also the rule that you have to play 70-75% of the matches for your national team to get a work permit in England. That used to be only for non-Europeans. If this rule is not modified, the Premier League will have issues.”

Courtois has been rumoured to have wanted a move away from Chelsea over the past season with some claiming he would prefer a move back to the La Liga.

However, for now he remains at Chelsea and is currently with Belgium at the European Championships, in France. Courtois will face Hungary at 8 p.m on Sunday for a place in the next round, and maybe even a chance to put himself in the shop window.
